GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Article 1 - Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the commercial transactions between The Crystal Talisman and any individual or legal entity making a purchase through the website www.thecrystaltalisman.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer").

Purchasing products on our website implies the unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Article 2 - Products
The products offered for sale on the www.thecrystaltalisman.com website are described with the utmost accuracy. However, product images are provided for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the exact product received.

All our products are subject to availability. In case of stock depletion, we reserve the right to refund the Customer or offer an alternative product.

Article 3 - Prices
The prices listed on the website are expressed in Euro and incldue all taxes (TTC), excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs will be added to the total amount during the checkout process and will be specified before the order confirmation.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the price applicable at the time of order confirmation.

Article 4 - Orders
Orders are placed online on the www.thecrystaltalisman.com website. After order confirmation, the Customer will receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of a previous dispute with the Customer or in case of non-payment.

The Customer agrees to provide correct and complete information at the time of ordering. In the event of incorrect information provided, the Seller will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the product.

Article 5 - Payment
Payment must be made at the time of order using one of the available payment methods on the website (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.). The payment is fully secure due to the security protocols used by the website.

In the event of non-payment or transaction issues, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Article 6 - Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of order. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be specified with the order confirmation.

In case of delivery delay, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the option to cancel the order and request a refund if the delay exceeds 30 days.

Article 7 - Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with French law, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without providing a reason. 

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a written notice to the Seller and return the product in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Article 8 - Warranties
All products sold on the website are covered by the legal warranty of conformity.
